November 10, 2012
A total of 16 SCT Alumni Batch Teams paraded in a not so glamorous but full of glare, fun and excitement opening day last Saturday, November 10, 2012. SCT Alumni Batches from the 80s, 90s and 2000s have packed the SCT San Lorenzo Gym and proudly bannered their respective batch names and logos as they were witnessed by spectators from the Siena Community and the alumni families as well.
Leading the opening prayer was Sr. Caroline Capili, SCT Head of Institutional Affairs and followed by an inspirational opening message from the SCT President, Mo. Teresa Examen, O.P. The Interim SCT Alumni Association President, Mr. Billy Racho, being an alumna of SCT from Batch 87, also rendered an uplifting message to all his fellow alumni.
A very energetic, lovely and forever young ladies from the Batch 88 Volleyball Team have performed their own rendition of GANGNAM STYLE to wow the crowds and brought the house down. The SCT Alumni Oath of Sportsmanship, as led by the ever young and full of vigour Mr. Victorino Luna, follows thereafter.
Closing remarks was delivered by our flamboyant and dynamic SCT – ASUL League Commissioner, Engr. Reinerr Santos from SCT Batch 88, as he also called the presence of the Batch Team Coordinators in front, who in one way or the other, have helped this event to become a very successful one.
Master of Ceremony is our SCT-ASUL League Chairman, Mr. Raymond Bonifacio of SCT Batch 89.
Hooray to all Siena College of Taytay Alumni!
